I had a rather mixed experience during my stay at the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel Buckhead Atlanta. The customer service was excellent, as the staff were extremely helpful and friendly (they really know how to make a guest feel welcome!). However, there were some issues with my room, including a lack of adequate temperature control and complications with the bathroom facilities.
My stay at Kimpton Sylvan Hotel Buckhead was overall good. The contemporary vibe of the hotel and friendly staff really enhanced my experience. However, I found the $50 per day valet parking quite steep, which detracted a bit from my visit. I enjoyed the rooftop bar and the complimentary wine hour, but a few basic amenities in the room were lacking.
